On Feb. 15 PC Gamer Magazine Online released an interview with Braid developer Jonathan Blow that has made social network game fans a little more than upset.
Although the interview was supposed to focus on Blow’s upcoming release, The Witness, it was a comment he made at a recent lecture about social network games that sparked PC Gamer’s interest in his opinion of the genre. In the interview he described social network games as the following:
“There’s no other word for it except evil. Of course you can debate anything, but the general definition of evil in the real world, where there isn’t like the villain in the mountain fortress, is selfishness to the detriment of others or to the detriment of the world.
